Kohima, January 3 (MExN): The Tragopan Club Viswema will be organizing 1st Open Pcheda (Phreda) Competition 2011 on January 5, 2011 at R. Khel, Viswema village, Kohima from 9:30 am onwards. A release issued by Tragopan Club President Er. Zale Neikha has requested all interested persons to participate in the historic indigenous game open competition. Application forms can be collected from Tragopan Club, R. Khel, Viswema. Last date for submission of forms is January 4, 2011 with an entry fee of Rs. 100 each. The first three winners will receive cash award of Rs. 10,000; Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 5,000 respectively. The competition will be graced by Southern Angami Sports Association President, Er. Toba Khatso as chief guest while Chief Engineer I&FC Er. Mezakrol Rhütso will be the chief patron. Pcheda stick (opche) will be available at the spot.
