25th Classic Cup: Sechü Zubza FC to take on Puliebadze Club in final

Sechü Zubza FC today defeated two time champions New Market XI 3-0 in the second semifinal match to enter the final of the 25th Classic Cup 2019 played here at Kohima Local Ground.

With today’s win, Sechü Zubza FC will play the final match of the tournament against Puliebadze Club Jotsoma on November 23 at 1:30 PM.

Visalie Mezhü, Daveikho Maizamo and Rhitsho Mero scored a goal each for Sechü Zubza FC during the match.

Sechü Zubza FC captain Rhitsho Mero continues to lead the list of highest scorers of the tournament with 12 goals in four matches. The grand finale will take place on November 23 at 1:30 PM.

Minister for planning & coordination, land revenue and parliamentary affairs Neiba Kronu will grace the grand finale as the guest of honour.
