Dimapur, January 20 (MExN): The 2nd KSC got of to a colorful start today at Local Ground Wokha, With Col. R.C Katoch as the Chief Guest. Speaking at the function the chief guest said that, sports is an important role to create spirit of competition and brotherhood, where he encouraged the players to exhibit their talents in the true sportsmanship of the game. The first match of the tournament was played between the defending champion NRSA and Skylark Air Field Colony, where Skylark won the match by a solitary goal in the full allotted time. In the second match Koio Village defeated New Wokha Village by 2-1. The tournament is organized by Wokha District Football Association, sponsored by NEEPCO, DHEP. This was stated in a press note issued by Zubenthung Ngullie General Secretary WDFA.
