78 Bn CRPF assist villages under civic action prog

Zubza, April 7 (MExN): Sarbjit Singh, DIGP OPS CRPF Kohima inaugurated the toilet and bathrooms constructed by 78 Bn CRPF under civic action programme for the villagers of Sechu Zubza on April 7.  

The chief guest Sarbjit Singh, DIGP inaugurated and handed over the newly constructed toilets and bathroom in presence of Neeraj Yadav, Commandant 78 Bn CRPF, Kohima, Village Chairman of Leizha “A” colony and Kheruthi “A” colony, Sechu Zubza, kohima Nagaland.  

It was stated in a press release that Neeraj Yadav, Commandant in his speech shared about how the village council had expressed the difficulties experienced by the villagers and requested for four (two for each village) toilets and bathroom with septic tank including urinal pot soak pit and water storage tank facility. Accordingly, the toilets have been constructed at Liezha-“A” colony (Near SBI) and Kherüthi-“A” Colony at NH-39 Sechu Zubza, Nagaland and made available to the villagers.  

He also said that 78 Bn CRPF is organizing such programme every year and trying to address the grievances and to provide the least basic amenities to the nearby villagers. “In future also, the force will try to get more funds so that requirement of villagers be met,” the commandant asserted in his speech.  

The Commandant also requested the DIGP CRPF Kohima to release more funds released for the development of the public in the area.
