A three-day training for Activity and Competency Learning (ACL) for Primary Teachers under District Mission Authority Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (DMA SSA) Kohima District commenced today at SEIMAT (SCERT) Kohima.
Thungchibemo Lotha, reader SCERT Nagaland delivered the keynote address during the introductory session which was chaired by Coordinator EBRC L Khel Visato Koso, while Assistant District Coordinator DMA SSA Kohima, Thonsenlo delivered the welcome address. The resource persons for the three-day training are: Primary Teacher of GPS New Ministers Hill, Ruth; Trainer of Trainees (ToTs) L Khel Kohima, Peletuonuo; and ToTs Chiephobozou Peteneilhou and Kevikielie.
The topics to be covered include learning ladder logo & grouping, demonstration of ACL class, Maths, EVS and English.
Altogether, 130 teachers from 5 EBRCs are attending the training. The training will conclude on September 1 afternoon with SCERT Director Khrietuo Mezhür gracing the valedictory function.
