After NSF now EUUN warns against backdoor appointment

Kohima, July 26 (MExN): Educated Unemployed Union Nagaland (EUUN) warned the government departments against backdoor appointment stating that the union will not hesitate to bring the employers under penalization.
A press release issued by union President, Achilo Thong and general secretary Er. Vichutho Nyusou stated that Nagaland has about 78 odd departments due to frequent resultant bifurcation and fragmentation of big departments.
“No systematic and rigid rule is carried out recruitment and filling up of vacancies of jobs and backdoor appointments are carried out in all departments and no requisition or reference of vacancies of jobs are made to NPSC or the employment department”, stated the press release.
The union maintained that it is impossible to check backdoor appointment in every department as the government itself is practicing the same because the government lacks the political will to uphold the quality of opportunity for all in matter of employment.
“The EUUN is aware about how many departments have been filling up the vacancies at the backdoor and the union will not hesitate to bring the employers under penalization”, it said.
Meanwhile the EUUN urged the government to stop backdoor appointment once for all with the political will, filing which EUUN will not hesitate to take its own course of action for the union will not be held resbonsible, stated the press release.
