Dimapur, October 19 (MExN): The Sumi Chess Association Nagaland (SCAN) will be organising the All Sumi Chess Championship 2019 from October 29-31 at Tourist Lodge, Dimapur.
The championship will have competition in three categories - Open, Under-17 and Under-14.
SCAN General Secretary Mughato Kiba informed in a press note that the total cash prize money for the championship is Rs. 1,30,000.
Under-17 and 14 players should produce Birth Certificate registered within 1 year of birth, SCAN said.
The entry fee is Rs. 1000 for open category while Rs 500 will be charged from U-14 and 17 players.
Interested players are asked to pay the entry fee at Tourist Lodge, Dimapur on or before October 28
