ANATU Kohima supports ultimatum

Kohima, August 10 (MExN): The All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers Union (ANATU) Kohima Unit strongly supports the ultimatum served by the All Nagaland Adhoc Teachers Union (ANATU) on July 30 2011, demanding the legitimate rights and justice from the concerned education department for those Teachers who are found with proper documents and had appeared the suitability tests in the year 2010.
“It is terribly sad and hurt to say that the genuine Adhoc teachers were neglected and deprived of their rights to regularization by the concerned Department but regularizing those Teachers who were under the categories of doubtful, bogus and absentee, for which they have also superseded the senior genuine Adhoc Teachers who have been rendering service for more than ten years,” a release received here said today.
“Therefore, we, the genuine Adhoc Teachers have no longer patience to tolerate this unequal treatment and injustice done by the concerned Department and Officers; for constant negligent and delaying the process of regularization,” the release added  The ANATU Kohima Unit stated that it stands firm on the demand and is ever ready to take up any course of action if the Department did not fulfill the ultimatum.
Meanwhile, ANATU Kohima Unit will convene an emergency meeting on August 8 at 9:30 AM, ANSTA Office near GHSS Ground Kohima. All the concerned Adhoc Teachers under the Kohima District who had faced the suitability tests have been asked to attend the meeting without fail.
