ANPWDWA requests Chief Minister for regularization of Work-Charged employees

Kohima, July 23 (MExN): All Nagaland PWD field Worker’s Association (ANPWDWA) has requested the Chief Minister of Nagaland for regularization of Work-Charged (W/C) employees’ service “on seniority basis, whose service length is below 30 years as per 67% quota.”

ANPWDWA President, Inakhu Aye in a press release stated that as per the office memorandum No. AR-3/GEN-201/2009 dated Kohima, Match 17, 2015, Sl. No 1 regularization in service, clause (iii), 67% quota for work-charged employee service regularization may be considered basing on seniority basis against the retirement vacancies as many as the W/C employees are to be retired on attending the age of superannuation before attending 30-35 years of service length.

Considering the given circumstances, ANPWDWA requested the CM to fulfill 67% service regularization process by regularizing the W/C employees who have not completed 30 years in service but at the verge of retirement on attaining the age of superannuation (seniority basis).

Meanwhile, observing fund misuse, ANPWDWA informed all concerned not to entertain any kind of financial transaction with any central office bearers without the knowledge of the ANPWDWA president.
