Kohima |December 12: The Angami Public Organization (APO) today elected its new team of office bearers for the tenure 2011-2014 with Keneingunyü Sekhose as president.
Other elected office bearers included vice president (Headquarter) Zasilhoutuo Makritsu, Vice president (Judicial) Pfüsievi Suokhrie, General Secretary Vipopal Kintso, Asst. General secretary Dr. Seyiekietuo, Secretary information and publicity Kethozhapu Sahu, Joint secretary, information and publicity Dosau Kuotsu, Secretary finance Keneilhoulie Keditsu, Joint secretary (finance) Vithato Nakhro, Secretary properties Nosato Za-o, Asst. Secretary Properties Neithono Sothu, Treasurer Dr. Kepelhousie Terhüja, Vice treasurer Hievilhou Metha, Advisor Ex. President Kekhriengulie Linyü.
Earlier, former president of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) K. V Pusa in his address at the APO convention today lauded the role of Angami Public Organisation (APO) as facilitator and peacemaker.
Pusa said the efforts and task of building inter-tribal unity, maintenance of social order and peace cannot go unnoticed.
