Appeal to Chief Manager SBI Zunheboto Main Branch

I take this privilege to air the grievances experience by the customers banking with you all the way thus far. Its quite disheartening to hear, see and feel a series of unprofessional and unethical behavior of some employees of SBI Main Branch Zunheboto. Its has been a daily experience that the customers are being treated with anger and delay in providing services. There is no help desk instead, people are being silenced for asking any questions. The whole nature of act is reluctance to serve the customers, when the SBI proudly declare My Customer First, the behavior of some of the employees looks quite opposite. The Bank and its employees should behave in line with the SBI Vision, Mission and Values.  

It would be grateful if the Chief Manager SBI Main Branch Zunheboto promise the people banking with them these few points:-  

1. That, the customers shall be treated with dignity because, they are the owner of the money stashed in the Bank and the Bank also belongs to them.  

2. That, the customers shall be greeted with smiles and not angers.  

3. That, the Bank shall provide separate counter for Senior Citizens.  

4. That, the unnecessary harassment shall not be meted out to the customers because, the money belongs to them and they have every right to use their money of any admissible quantity and at the time of their own choosing.  

5. That, the Bank employees shall be happy to serve the customers with whose money the SBI is doing business and through which many of its assets are maintained and employees are being paid for their services.  

6. That, the SBI Main Branch Zunheboto shall function according to the rules and regulations of the RBI which regulates all the Banking institutions in India and their branches abroad, not by its own rules which are sometimes very hard to digest by the customers.
