Bill Lotha appointed national secy of BJP ST Morcha

New Delhi, July 8 (MExN): The National Schedule Tribe (ST) Morcha, BJP Central Office, New Delhi has announced the appointment of Hayithung Bill Lotha as a National Secretary, ST Morcha, BJP Central by the National President ST Morcha, Ram Vichar Netam (MP) with due consent of Amit Shah, National President, BJP.   A press release from Anita Meena, National Media Incharge, BJP National ST Morcha office mentioned that with the induction of Hayithung Bill Lotha in a “very influential and effective party role”, the North-East party workers are gaining a foothold and voice in the organisational set-up in BJP Central, New Delhi.   Hayithung Bill Lotha has been formerly a National Secretary/ North East Incharge, Yuva Morcha 2013-2016 (Youth Wing of BJP), and has been actively engaged in party activities since 2012 when he was a law student in Delhi University, the release said. He joined Akhil Bharatiya Vishwa Parishad (ABVP), students’ wing of RSS in 2003 and was involved in it till 2007. Since then he has worked in the BJP party holding various responsibilities.   The release described Bill as “a well-educated man, articulate, a humble personality, a very effective and excellent organiser and party worker, energetic, dynamic and possessing an innate political skills.” He has a promising political future and with the appointment, North East will benefit a more inclusive, closer and emotional connection with the BJP headquarters, it added.
