Peren, October 3 (MExN): The BJP Peren district along with the 6th Tening Mandal team conducted a tour on importance of setting up booth level committees at Kebai/Khelma from September 26 to 28 covering ten villages. The BJP Peren district president Huzantadbo Meriam, 6th Tening Mandal president Heikulu Putlang, vice president Lekholen Hangsing, BJP full time worker Pekelinthin Newmai along with other colleagues and workers were present in the tour. Huzantadbo highlighted the importance of setting up booth level committees in every village. He appealed to the local people to stand strong and firm in the party concept/principles and gear up for the 2018 general election as the Centre has plans for great development in the NE, especially in Nagaland.
