Dimapur, July 1 (MExN): Considering the inflationary effect of various commodities and in pursuance of the meeting held on June 15, 2017 in the office of the DC Dimapur along with various stakeholders, the rates of different classes of bricks have been revised. The revised rates are as follows: • 1st Class Bricks : Rs. 5.50 to Rs. 5.80 per piece (at brick kiln) • Medium Class Bricks : Rs. 5.30 to Rs. 5.40 per piece (at brick kiln) • Picket Bricks : Rs. 5.30 to Rs. 5.40 per piece (at brick kiln) • 2nd Class Bricks : Rs. 4.70 to Rs. 4.90 per piece (at brick kiln) • Broken Bricks : Rs. 3300 to Rs.3350 per truck load (at brick kiln) “This order will be enforced with effect from July 1, 2017. Issued for compliance of all concerned,” stated Kesonyu Yhome, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur in an official order. The rate of the bricks of various categories was last fixed in the year 2012.
