DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 23 (MExN): Telecom giant BSNL starts re-verification of Prepaid Mobile Customers in Nagaland SSA. All prepaid customers are required to submit a fresh CAF form along with recent four colour photographs with identity proof and address proof. The new machine numbered Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) will be available at respective Customer Service Centre (CSC) at District Head quarters and at the respective Telephone Exchanges in rural areas of Nagaland. BSNL-Nagaland has informed in a press note that in case of students, employees of State/Central Government/PSU a fresh certificate certifying the identity and address of the persons concerned issued by the Head of the Office/Institution to be submitted. In case of serving Officers/Jawans of Armed Forces and Paramilitary Forces and their Family Members, a fresh certificate certifying the identity and address of the of the persons concerned issued by the Commanding Officer to be submitted. The number of connections in the name of an individual or his/her family members across all service providers can not be more than six (prepaid and postpaid). The last date of re-verification is March 31.
