BTC 19th graduation ceremony held

Dimapur, April 16 (MExN): The 19th graduation ceremony of Baptist Theological College was held on April 15. BTC Principal Yiepetso Wezah in a press release said that board of governors, pastors, church leaders, well wishers, parents and relatives of the graduates attended the ceremony.
Dr. Vevo Phesao, member of the Board of Governors chaired the service. Rev. O. Alem, Ex-Executive Secretary of ABAM graced the occasion as Speaker. He challenged the graduating students and pastors who attended Pastors Refresher Course that Christian ministers are sent out to sacrifice themselves for the sake of Christ. They should maintain their identity. They should be controlled by the love of God, not by their own interests, desires and emotions. The love of God must drive force in their ministry. Christian ministers are commanded to preach the Gospel on voluntary basis. Paul said, “Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel.” He challenged graduates to be ambassadors of Christ and bearer of peace.
