• CAB should not be applied at all in Nagaland.
• Nagaland has ILP, but look around Dimapur and other areas you will see its implementation not working at all. Non-Locals Indian and non-Indian who can tell. Whose job to check the rise? Which rule has allowed a free flow? Who is responsible for all this? Is it the lack of law or with it?
