Census training at Dimapur underway

Dimapur, January 20 (DIPR): Three-day Training for Census Supervisors and Enumerators gets underway at DC’s Conference Hall from January 20. Deputy Commissioner and Principal Census Operation Officer Dimapur, Maongwati Aier while welcoming the Supervisors and Enumerators in a three day programme urged the implementing officers to be alert and sincere in their duties as it has come to the final and most crucial stage as the state depend on accurate Census for proper planning.
He said that the final phase and review would be started from March 1 to 5, which will mark the end of the Census Operation.  DC also said that the first phase of Census was House Listing Operation, which has been done successfully. He further informed that during the Census Operation no casual leave or earn leave would be entertained to the officers those who are involved.  
The three-day training programme is been supervised by three Master Trainers  Mezhulhouhi Angami Assistant Professor, Er. Toshiakum Asstt. Engineer and Dr. Tino Chang, EAC & Census Charge Officer Dimapur Sadar.
