Kohima, December 18 (MExN): A team constituted by NITI Aayog to review the progress of on-going projects under Special Plan Assistance (SPA) in Nagaland, visited the Regional Centre for Excellence in Music and Performing Arts (RCEMPA), Jotsoma on December 18.
The team comprising of officers from NITI Aayog and CPWD undertook physical verification of the project. Phase- I of the project has been completed and works under Phase-, which are Open Air Theatre, main entrance gate, parking lot, drainage/ boundary wall, external landscaping, furnitures/ furnishings and transformer/UPS have also been completed.
Further the Music Academy’s upcoming plan with the approval of NITI Aayog will include a Creative Centre, hostel block, faculty block and ancillary infrastructures.
