Kohima, September 8 (MExN): The Chakhesang Mother's Association (CMA) in compliance with the directive of the Women Resource Development Department has asked all the beneficiaries of the Financial Assistance to Destitute Women under the jurisdiction of CMA to submit the following documents viz; three passport size photographs (preferably color); photocopy of Aadhaar Card; photocopy of EPIC (voters' card); permanent residential certificate from concerned VCC/Ward Chairman & photocopy of NSCB Ltd. Bank Account Passbook if any to the CMA office on or before October 9 for Verification & Identification by the department. A press release issued by CMA General Secretary Ruyizolu Rhakho said that any beneficiary failing to comply with the directive will be held responsible in the event of not receiving the payment in the future.
