CMO Wokha holds consultative meeting

Wokha, April 7 (MExN): A consultative meeting in preparedness and to strengthen activities on COVID -19 and to tackle in case of any emergency, a meeting was held at Wokha Chief Medical Officer’s office on April 2.

 

During the meeting, a DIPR report stated that the house discussed and resolved to provide 24X7 ambulance services for the benefit of the public, which will be looked after from Dr Motsuo Memorial District Hospital. Christian Medical Centre (CMC) Vankhosung, Wokha has been arranged for the convenience of the patients. A team led by Dr Akum DTO (RNTCP) as in-charge (9862714233) was deployed to man the hospital. He will be assisted by Dr Vhiben Lotha, MO, PHC Humtso, Dr Liphamo Odyuo, Dr Thungchanbeni Patton and Dr Achumi.

 

Dr Nesapra Kezo (9862198623) and Dr Kuokhole Savino (7629874989) will be in-charge of the quarantine facility at GHSS, Wokha.

 

Dr Monchan Kithan (ZLO) is assigned to look after the MMU Vehicle for movement of doctors and medical staff only for emergency purpose. All PHC ambulance attached to MO were directed to be in their respective posting place and preparation of Control Room roster (COVID-19) for registrations was also discussed.

 

It was also informed of the 24x7 Ambulance (NSACS) service at District Headquarter (contact-8415936624) with Robin Ezung as Counselor.
