MLA Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu, Chairman Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) and leader of NPF Legislature Party said that the recently concluded ‘Colloquium on Road Connectivity’ was just an “eye wash and a political gimmick.”

Saying this while inaugurating the Amphitheater at Thiivopisii village in Phek district, Azo said there is no security to life, no roads, no bridges, no developments, no salaries, no scholarships to student’s adding that the illegal immigrants issue and so much more but the present government is not bother at all.

In this context, he termed the present government headed by Chief Minister TR Zeliang as one of the most unpopular and most insignificant government recorded ever in the history of Nagaland.

This period will be recorded as the most disturbing and dark period for the Nagas to remember, with CBI cases and NIA behind the present government, he added.

Azo also claimed that the present government has no concern what so ever for the people it represent.

Further, Azo said, if the Nagas want developments and want to see the light of the day, they have to vote for the right people and right party.

“This can happen only if NPF is voted to power,” he maintained.
