Dimapur, January 19 (DIPR): Consequent upon the announcement of General Election to the 13thNagaland Legislative Assembly, 2018, the Model Code of Conduct has come into operation from January 18, 2018, and shall be in force till the completion of General Election. This was informed by the DC & DEO, Dimapur during a meeting on January 19. A standing committee for operation of Model Code of Conduct with the following members has also been constituted for Dimapur district. 1. DC & DEO Dimapur, Sushil Kumar Patel (IAS) - Chairman 2. SDO (C) Sadar Dimapur, Zubenthung Ngulie - Convenor 3. ADCP Crime, Dimapur, Yanrenthung Ngullie - Member 4. Representatives of all Registered National/State Political Parties - Member 5. DPRO Dimapur, Lolano Patton - Member 6. AEO Dimapur, Roland Merry - Member The first meeting of the committee was held on January 19 at the Conference Hall of DC, Dimapur, where the DC and AEO highlighted on the Model Code of Conduct Rules.
