Kohima, September 13 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie has informed the public of Tseminyu area that No Objection Certificate has been granted to M/s TK Engineering Consortium Pvt. Ltd under the Explosives Rules 2008 to purchase and use explosives materials for widening and strengthening of existing road at certain locations. They include the road sections from Sogwato Semp Stone Crusher to Shonjatsokhin (Below Assam Rifles Camp, Tseminyu); and from Kandinu to Wokha boundary. The use of explosive material has been limited to time periods from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, and from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. The DC, in an order, further informed that the permit is valid from September 15 to October 15 and is non-renewable.
