Dimapur, August 24 (MExN): Dimapur Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) has informed all office bearers, advisors, associations and unions affiliated to it that there will be Annual General Meeting at 2:00 pm on August 26 at Hotel Saramati. Therefore, all the members have been requested to attend the meeting without fail.
It was decided during the DCCI emergency executive meeting held on August 20 at Hotel Saramati.
Attended by office bearers and advisors, the meeting began with observing a minute of silence in memory of late Hokivi Chishi, who passed away while serving as the DCCI president on August 4.
According to a press release, the members expressed sadness and acknowledged the vacuum created by his demise and “resolved to live up to the benchmark where he has kept DCCI and continue to carry forward his good works.”
After the meeting, the office bearers and advisors went to the residence of the late DCCI president where his mortal remains has been laid to rest. They met his wife Kughali Chishi and expressed condolences on behalf of the executives and business community, the release added.
