Kohima, July 24 (MExN): In the period of 48 hours ending with the hour fixed for the close of poll, for the by-election to the 10 Northern Angami-I AC to be held on July 29, no campaigns can be carried out and thus all political functionaries, party workers, procession functionaries, campaign functionaries from outside the said Assembly Constituency have been informed to leave the constituency by 4:00pm of July 27. This is as per the Section 126 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, informed a press release from Kohima DC and Returning Officer, Rajesh Soundararajan IAS.
