Dimapur, July 2 (MExN): A two days in-depth course, DentXL - practice management & soft skill course, for the dental surgeons in Nagaland was held from July 1 to 2 at Hotel Lake Shilloi conference hall, Dimapur.
DentXL is a special training module developed by India’s leading practice management guru, Dr. Sujit Pardeshi, informed a press release received here. He is a well known author, dentist, personality development-management trainer & public speaker. He did his Masters in Business Administration in human resource management after completing his BDS. He has been awarded ‘Certified National Trainer’ status by Junior Chambers International University, California USA for soft skills and management skills, the release issued by Dr. Temjennungsang Longchari added.
The training course focused on some realistic soft skill methods for improvisation of practices for the dentists and to deliver the highest level of quality dentistry to the patients in Nagaland. Soft skills constitute communication skills, leadership, team building, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and management skills like time management, stress management etc, the release said.
DentXL in co-ordination with Dr. Temjennungsang Longchari of Dental Touch & Facial Aesthetics, Dimapur had organized the training course in Nagaland, which was the first in North East region.
