DMC directed to display chart rates

Dimapur, November 21 (MExN): DC Dimapur Anoop Kinchi IAS convened a joint meeting of concern departments including Excise, Forest, DMC and other NGOs including PAC, Business Association of Nagaland, Dimapur Chamber of commerce and others and discussed matters pertaining to taxation and price rise of essential commodities in the conference Hall of DC Dimapur on November 21.

In the meeting, a DIPR report stated that DC Dimapur Anoop directed DMC to mandatorily display the chart rates of essential commodities in public places.

Commissioner Police Dimapur, Rothihu Tetseo IPS, who also spoke in the meeting, sought the cooperation of one and all and to work together collectively as citizen of Dimapur with a positive attitude.

The NGOs present expressed gratitude to the district administration for coming up with the Price Monitoring Committee and were optimistic that it would be implemented with strong determination and strict order.
