Dimapur, September 11 (MExN): A document verification camp for children with intellectual disabilities for distribution of Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM) kits was held at Prodigals’ Home Resource Centre, Dimapur on September 11.
It was organised by NEIPID (Divyangjan) Regional Centre, Navi Mumbai in collaboration with Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Government of Nagaland and Prodigals’ Home, Dimapur.
A press release stated here that Dr. Gnanavel K, Director In-charge & Assistant Proffessor, Speech Pathology, CRC Davengere and Ravi Prakash Singh, Lecturer in Special Education, NIEPID Regional Centre, Navi Mumbai were the facilitators for the verification.
A total of 28 children from various parts of Dimapur were present for the verification. The children qualifying will be receiving free of cost, the TLM kits which are high end merchandise.
