DRDA employees suspend agitation for two months

District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) employees today informed that their  ongoing agitation has been suspended for 2 months and office functions will resume on September 12. The agitation which prolonged for a month was suspended as the government released salary of all DRDA employees till the month of July, 2019 and the same was transferred into their respective DRDA accounts on September 10, a DRDA official informed. However, the official also informed that if the salary issue is not addressed long term and the salary for August-October, 2019 is not released, agitation would resume from November 10.
