EIS Dimapur celebrates grandparents’ day

Dimapur, September 11 (MExN): The Euro International School (EIS), Dimapur celebrated ‘grandparents’ day’ at the House of Friendship - old age home on September 7. 

A press release issued by the Principal, EIS stated that the grandparents of the students were also taken to the old age home to celebrate the occasion.

During the programme, a short film dedicated to the grandparents was shown which was followed by various games and activities.

“They sang, danced and even walked the ramp like models as a part of the activities planned for them,” the release said.

The School principal, Sandeep K Jain thanked Akokla Pongen and the entire team of the House of friendship for allowing the school to celebrate this occasion with them. On behalf of the parents of EIS, an RO water purifier was also donated and installed at the old age home.

All the activities done were also held simultaneously at Euro International School (Chekiye centre) as well, the release added.
