DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 17 (MExN): The Eastern Nagaland College Students' Union (ENCSU) on Saturday voiced support for clean election in the forthcoming 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly General Election scheduled on February 27, 2018.
In a press statement, the ENCSU appealed to the students’ community and responsible citizens to uphold one’s right to vote for the right candidate. It urged the college students to propagate the message of peaceful conduct and clean and fair election to all.
The students’ body also appealed to the voters to desist from selling their votes and exercise their franchise without fear or favour. Further, the ENCSU urged the candidates contesting for the election to practice what they peach on clean election.
