First Child Dental Centre in Nagaland inaugurated

The newly inaugurated First Child Dental Centre in Nagaland under Indian Dental Association in Kohima.
  Kohima, September 8 (MExN): To provide better dental care for the children, the First Child Dental Centre in Nagaland under Indian Dental Association (IDA) initiative was formally inaugurated by T. Mhabemo Yathan, Secretary, Fishery, Govt of Nagaland at the Advanced Dental Aesthetic and Implant Clinic, Kohima.   Speaking on the occasion, he congratulated team of doctors for bringing better facilities to people of Nagaland. He stated that, it is equally important to take care for of our dental health as we have to take care of our body. In developed countries, people have their own personal family dentist and doctor to take care of them, while in Nagaland, it is not so due to many factors but He also said with more advancement in medical sciences and facilities, we could avail it at our doorstep.   Dr. Pfukrolo Koza, Co-proprietor of the clinic, and President, IDA Nagaland State welcome the guests in earlier part of the program. Aotsungba, Youth Evangelist, KABA evoked God’s blessing and dedicated the clinic.   Dr. Imyangluba MDS, Pedodontist- Child Dental Specialist in-charge of the Child dental care, said “we will focus on the holistic wellbeing of total child oral health. Childs oral health is very important for the normal transition to adulthood.” He said the team will provide the dental treatment according to the child’s need with the latest advances in dentistry, treatments like Preventive care like caries preventive treatment, Diet counseling, interceptive treatment, trauma management, management of special child, minimal invasive dentistry and conscious sedation under the clinic.
