Kohima, August 10 (MExN): All the FPS/village councils of Kohima centre have been informed that the PHH and AAY food-grains will be released from August 16 onwards between 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. Therefore, the concerned FPS/village councils are directed to note the scheduled dates and collect their respective quota accordingly within the stipulated period.
