To explore and rediscover the beauty of Kohima through photography, the Go Visit Nagaland - Kohima Photo Walk, which is a part of Alaphra Group event will be held on the 5th December 2011 with an effort to promote and evangelize Nagaland tourism globally. The theme of the photo walk is Kohima@Night and will be a head start to capture a different feature of Kohima, or Nagaland for the matter of fact, focusing on the not so commonly photographed aspects.
The photo walk also aims to bring together photographer enthusiasts on a common platform and help share knowledge and experiences. The photographer enthusiasts will include both amateur and professional photographers from the state as well as from outside.
The Kohima Photo Walk is been endorsed by the Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Nagaland and all participants will be given a certificate of participation. It will be hosted under the patronage of Shri Himato Zhimomi, The Commissioner & Secretary, Tourism.
