Government designates Border Magistrates

Kohima, July 20 (DIPR): The Home Department in a notification dated July 11, 2017 has informed that the Government of Nagaland has designated the following officers as Border Magistrate as well within their respective jurisdiction. The order will come into immediate effect.  

1. EAC Hunta under Mon District.
2. EAC Tizit under Mon District.
3. EAC Naginimora under Mon District.
4. SDO (C) Tuli under Mokokchung District.
5. EAC Longchem under Mokokchung District.
6. EAC Namsang under Longleng District.
7. EAC Changpang under Wokha District.
8. EAC Aghunaqha as Border Magistrate Haldibari under Dimapur District.
9. SDO (C) Kuhoboto as Border Magistrate Homeland under Dimapur District.
10. EAC Athibung as Border Magistrate Kebai Khelma under Peren District.
11. SDO (C) Jakhama under Kohima District.
12. EAC Khezhakeno under Phek District.
13. SDO (C) Chizami under Phek District.
14. SDO (C) Phek under Phek District.
15. EAC Meluri under Phek District.
16. EAC Lephory under Phek District.
17. SDO (C) Sadar, Dimapur District.

  Further, the Border Magistrate Uriamghat is given additional charge of Rengmapani.
