Zunheboto, June 20 (MExN): Government Higher Secondary School, Satakha celebrates its platinum jubilee on June 20 with Kaito Aye, Minister Agriculture and Cooperation as the guest of honour.
Speaking at the function, the Minister thanked the pioneers of the school and encouraged the teachers and students to give their best for the school. He further assured to look after the school infrastructures and that the problem of shortage of teachers will also be looked after. He encouraged the teachers for good results and hope that better results will be shown by the school after jubilee. The Minister sought cooperation from public, GBs and NGOs for all round development of the school, stated a DIPR report.
Dedicatory prayer for jubilee Stone was said by Rev. Honito Sumi, Pastor UBC Satakha. The programme was chaired by Shelitoi T Aye G.T., Invocation by Anato Sumi, Pastor STBC (A), welcome address was said by Nikali Sema V.P GHSS, Satakha, Students of GHSS - Short speech by Bokalu V Zhimo (President SRSU), ADC Satakha (Chairman School Managing Board) opened the Jubilee Souvenir, vote of thanks by N. Kiyeto Zhimo, Convenor Planning Board and Benediction and Jubilee Blessing was said by Rev. Kughato K. Chophy, Pastor STBC.
