Kohima, August 31 (DIPR): The Finance Department (Budget & Monitoring Cell) has in supersession of the Department’s earlier notification informed that:
i. The honorarium of the Chairpersons appointed to head the Public Sector Undertakings shall be fixed at Rs.25,000/- only per month, or equivalent in pay and status of Parliamentary Secretaries.
ii. Such Chairpersons shall also be entitled to a monthly allowance of Rs.30,000/- only per month to meet the costs of vehicle maintenance, POL and salaries for fixed pay drivers.
iii. The honorarium of such Chairpersons shall be paid from and out of the budget of the concerned Public Sector Undertakings, for which, financial support shall be provided by the Government in the form of additional grants-in-aid.
