ISRO invites DPS student to witness satellite launch

Dimapur, December 1 (MExN): Sahil Nawaz Choudhury has been invited to witness the launch of a satellite live at ISRO facility in Sriharikota in its second phase of establishing student interface.

A Class X student of DPS Dimapur, he emerged the only successful participant from Nagaland at the Online Space Quiz 2019 held from August 10–25.

The quiz competition was conducted by ISRO in co-ordination with MyGov.in in order to create awareness about the space programme in India.

Jhilmil Jain of Class IX also qualified for the online Quiz ‘Mind Wars’ touted to be India’s largest knowledge programme based on CBSE Course, organised by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. and Xpress Minds Edutainment Pvt Ltd. Management, Principal & teachers along with parents acknowledged both the national achievers.
