DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 20 (MExN): The Joint Association Forum (JAF) began its proposed phase wise agitation today with all members wearing black badges in their respective work places.
The Forum which comprises of the Nagaland Directorate Ministerial Service Association (NDMSA), All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA), Trained Nurses Association of India-Nagaland Branch (TNAI), and the Prison Service Association Nagaland are agitating over non implementation of higher pay level as per ROP Pay Anomalies Committee (PAC) recommendation.
In a press statement, the Forum said it will continue with wearing black badges for some more days but will intensify if the state government refuses to fulfil their demands. It has directed all its constituent members to continue wearing black badges till further notification.
