District Education Office, Kiphire conducted the District Science Seminar under the theme ‘Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0: Are we prepared?’ at EBRC hall on September 8.
Kilangsangla, Assistant District Education Officer in her keynote address stated that winning is not the end but taking part and participating is more important as a student. She encouraged the students to be eager in any seminar for learning and growth. The DEO also appreciated students coming from farther places to take part in the seminar. She further asked the schools to organize such programme and seminars in their respective schools to encourage students to be interested in subject like science.
Meanwhile, the seminar was participated by eight schools from the district. In the competition, Langkhuli and Sumit Saha of Saramati school was judged the first and second respectively, while Limjongli of ElBeth school was judged the third. The programme was chaired by Kughavi.
