Kohima | January 8 : Kohima Club felicitated the achievement of ‘Divine Connection’ for winning the ‘Kurkure Desi Beats Rock On with MTV 2010’ in Mumbai recently. Kohima Club, a group of high school friends coming and working towards promotion of young upcoming talents and those involved in sports, music and social activities grasped the opportunity acknowledging Divine Connection for their achievement with bouquets and citations through Club President Khrieletuo Belho.
Sharing their experiences during the one-and-half-month stay in Mumbai for the contest, Divine Connection Bassist Mhathung Odyuo humbly thanked God, friends, family, well wishers from Nagaland and Music Task Force under Government of Nagaland for the achievement. He said their achievement was possible because of the sincerity and punctuality that Nagas in general devote towards rehearsal timings. Kohima Club member Jennifer Veyie chaired the felicitation programme while Club General Secretary Kekhriezhazo Zuyie tendered the vote of thanks.
