KOHIMA, November 4 (NEPS): A thrilling “Kohima Squat Challenge” has been held today at the Flex Appeal Gym, Kohima with a large number of participants taking part.
Participants from various Gyms in and around State Capital Kohima vied in two categories – Heavy Weight and Light Weight. Ciekhan Society organized this event, which was powered by Dreamcorp.
The winners in Heavy Weight Category are Tsuknung (Akum) Jamir from Flex Appeal Gym got first as he could squat 175 kgs, Thepfudilie Chadi from Life Fitness Gym got second (172 kgs) and Thejakhrietuo Kire from Flex Appeal Gym got third (160 kgs).
The winners in Light Weight Category are Airu Rai from Flex Appeal Gym got first (137.5 kgs), Moameren T. Longkumer from Flex Appeal Gym got second (130 kgs) and Vekuto Churha from Capital Gym got third (120 kgs). The co-sponsors of this “Kohima Squat Challenge” are Capital Gym, Zumvu Gym, FITNESS Gym, Colours Graphic, Fitness Kitchen & Smoothies, Theja Kire, Reagan Sandham and Visal Zhotso.
