LBA annual session shares on ‘praying for one another’

Kohima, January 19 (MExN): The Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA) Nagaland 36th annual session which began from January 17 at Liangmai Baptist Church, Bayavu Hill concluded on January 19.

In the devotional service, City Church Pastor Kedo Peseyie shared from the Bible saying that, as Christians, “we should pray for one another especially for the neighbors.”

He said that the Christian Church should always dwell by the gospel of Christ. The Pastor also urged that the Church should not lead by the legalism rules which may lead one’s life in the wrong paths. He encouraged the congregation to “live in balance and to do good work showing the Christ like through one’s work.”

As per a press release from Rutmakbo, Media Cell LBA, Pastor Kedo encouraged the congregation to develop the spirit of community with the spirit of guarding one another.

The LBA annual meeting resolved to organize general session in 2022. It also resolved that the tenure of the LBA office bearers is extended for one more year in the name of hosting NBCC at Mission Centre Tening this year from January 31 to February 2.
