Leadership skills programme for doctors ends

Kohima, August 5 (MExN): A two-day programme on ‘Leadership Skills for Doctors’ concluded on August 5 at ATI, Kohima. The resource persons were Rajib Bal and Moumita Talukdar from IBIS Solutions, Kolkata  

In a brief valedictory programme, L. Youdang Jamir, Additional Director (Training) congratulated the participants and encouraged them to maintain their profession sacred.  

He also mentioned that the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), in line with the guidelines of State Training Policy, will be conducting more trainings for the engineers and doctors covering topics on ‘Office Procedures’, ‘Service Rules’, ‘Induction Courses’ and ‘Accounts’.  

The programme was chaired by Er. N. Moa Longkumer, Deputy Director (Training) and Course Coordinator.  

During the experience sharing, the participants expressed the need to impart such trainings to doctors at the time of entry into service, stated a press release from ATI. They thanked the Institute for organizing such programme and also the resource persons.
