This is to notify to the various contractors and the public that during the 4 lane project which is scheduled to begin work from 15th Oct onwards that let this time be the first where even Nagas are hired as labours instead of just non-locals scattered across the road earning wages. It is high time we Nagas start doing our own chores to pass on the skills to the future Naga generations.
