Dimapur, February 5 (MExN): A consultative meeting on the progress of the Link Workers Scheme on HIV/AIDS was held at Wokha on February 1. The district implementing agency, Agape Youth Welfare Organisation organised the meet informed a press note issued by N-Naga DAO Unit, Wokha district Convenor, James Murry. The meeting was attended by the AYWO board members, the newly inducted District Resource Persons (DRPs) and members of N-Naga DAO unit of Wokha District.
The Chairman of AYWO, Thungkhomo Jami exhorted the participants to work diligently and with a missionary zeal to make the programme a successful venture in the district. The Advisor of N-Naga DAO W. C Humtsoe also shared his views from a practical inspiration and encourages the Staff of LWS and also the supporting NGOs to work in a close co ordination and with a renewed team spirit without any prejudice.
