BKD last executive meet on Nov 26
DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 24(MExN): The executive members of Beneului Kangbau Dimapur (BKD) are informed that the last executive meeting would be held on November 26, 2011 at 8:00 am at the residence of Paukwerangbe Reunim, overbridge Burma camp. Chumukedima Town joint meeting
Dimapur, November 24 (MExN): A joint meeting of Advisors, Chumukedima Town Council, ex Councilors, CTC, all Pastors/Church Youth leader, All Tribal Unions’, CMD town, ward GBs, Village Council members, Tenyiphe-I & II, Virazouma, CMD Association, Chumukedima Chamber of Commerce was held on November 21, 2011 at Chumukedima Town Council conference hall where consensus representations has been passed. A press note issued by chief advisor, CTC Thepfulhoutuo Shuya stated that the following are the consensus representations of the meeting held on November 21, 2011 where the house anonymously resolved to welcome the shifting of DC office from Dimapur to Chumukedima. The note also mentioned that the public of Chumekedima town further resolved to fully support and co-operate with CTC in all round developmental activities initiate by State government of Nagaland under the dynamic leadership of Neiphiu Rio. The house also unanimously decide to extend all possible help and support to CTC and delivering all round developmental works which the CTC will undertake from time to time as per viability of CTC fund. The public of Chumukedima Town have resolved to ban all sort of illegal donations, money collection by any section or group of people.

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 24 (MExN): Eastern Nagaland Students’ Union Dimapur (ENSUD) has convened an executive meeting on November 26, 2011 at its treasurers residence at 2:00 pm. to discuss on the first sports meeting of the ENSUD which is to be held from December 5 to 10, 2011.N.Bashah Phom, secretary information and publicity ENSUD has requested all the newly elected executive to attend the meeting without fail. IGNOU Induction meet
Dimapur, November 24 (MExN): IGNOU students who have enrolled themselves at Dimapur study centre (2002) for the session July 2012, for Postgraduate, Undergraduate and Diploma courses are hereby informed to positively attend an ‘Induction Meet’ at Dimapur Government College to be held on November 27, 2011 at 1:00 pm. Khrieo Rutsa, Coordinator stated in a press release stated that Dr Chnadan Rajkhowa, Director, NCR on Mithun ICAR, Jarnapani has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest of the programme. The new entrants would be familiarized with the open learning system and also with how to proceed with their studies and benefit from the counseling sessions. Study materials, IGNOU student’s identity card and counseling schedules will be given to the students after the programme. It was also informed that Students must bring along one recent size stamp size photograph.
KVYO organizes Christmas bazaar
Kohima, November 24 (MExN): The Kohima village youth organization (KVYO) is organizing a Christmas bazaar at Kohima local ground from December 2 to 31 where the bazaar includes trade fair, mela, first hand, second hand garments etc for better buying and marketing facilities to the public during the busy festival season. Kohima, November 24(MExN): The 3rd Mega Mr. North East 2012 will be held in the later part of January 2012. The event is being organized by Fit For Life entertainment (FFLe) and interested/intending candidates are directed to log on to www.megaentertainment.org for details and online entries. The new team is led by Ahimsa Zhimo, president, Shihuli V.Yeptho, vice-president, Jolly K.Aomi general secretary, Kittoli H.Chisi, joint secretary, Hotoli.V finance secretary, Kihoshi, assistant finance secretary, Satoli.Z, cultural secretary, Totoni N.Yeptho, assistant cultural secretary, Nisheli.V, organizing secretary, Jesheli Awomi, assistant organizing secretary, Hutoli K.Zhimo and Illitoli, publicity and information secretary.
