Workshop on Kingdom in business place

Kohima, November 25 (MExN): The National Development Outreach (NDO) and HN Company are organizing “Workshop on kingdom in business place” on November 26 at Hotel Japfu, Kohima at 10:00 AM. A 10 member teams of experts from South Africa will present on the concept and principles of Kingdom in business place in the area of education, media, business and church. The expert is led by Tony Johnson (New Zealand) and Rigby Wallace (South Africa). During the workshops, lectures will be given by Paul Maughan (Cape Town), Christo Bredenkamp (UAE) and Angelique Arde (cape Town) and Mathew Paul Jones (UAE). The Kingdom in business place was introduced in all the 11 districts of Nagaland through Tony Johnson and Rigby Wallace to the people from different sectors and professions.

DMC informs on renewal of trade license

Dimapur, November 25 (MExN):
The office of the Dimapur Municipal Council has informed all the business establishments under the jurisdiction of DMC that the renewal of trade license for the year 2012 would commence from December 1 onwards. DMC Advisor incharge of Trade License, Blaise Zeliang has directed the business community to renew their respective trade license at the earliest.  

Fire eaters to perform during Hornbill

Kohima, November 25 (MExN):
Gingto Konyak, Wangpai Konyak and Chingkai Konyak are three professional ‘Fire eaters’ from Hongphoi village, Mon. They will be performing during the forthcoming Hornbill Festival at Kisama on December 2, 2011. Art & Culture Director Kughazhe K. Yeputhomi informed in a press release that they have been performing this incredible feat for a number of years. Families and the public are invited to come and witness these amazing Naga ‘Fire eaters’.

IPM/FFS closing function held

Dimapur, November 25 (MExN):
The IPM/FFS closing function took place on November 23 at Town Hall Jalukie where more than 100 farmers participated from four FFS Villages. SDAO Jalukie R. Santsü Kithan presided over the function. Rongsenienla, deputy director of agriculture exhorted the farmers to improve their economy as well as to increase crop production in their areas.  IPM report given by Renbomo Odyuo, AO Jalukie.

KVK joint meeting on Nov 27

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 25 (MExN):
The Kulolau Vekuhomi Kughakulu (KVK) has convent a joint meeting with local students’ union, G.B’s, Chairman and VDB Secretary of Vekuhomi on November 27 at 1:00 PM at the residence of Hosheto Aye, treasurer officer Dimapur at Chekiye Village. Shohe has also informed the KVK students of Dimapur and Kohima, those who have secured toppers in class 10 and above to submit their photocopy mark sheet of 2010, on or before December 1 to the KVK Dimapur president Anito N. Meeting of subordinate legislation committee

Dimapur, November 25 (MExN):
The evidence meeting of the Committee on subordinate legislation with the department representatives of Urban Development, Election department, Soil & Water Conservation, P&AR (vigilance branch) and Co-operation department has been fixed on November 30 at 11:00 am onwards in the committee room of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. All members of the committee on subordinate legislation are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting positively.  This was informed in a press release issued by NLA deputy secretary Aosenla.

Order from 5th NAP Phek

Phek, November 25 (DIPR):
A firing practice of 5th Nagaland Armed Police, Phek will be conducted on November 26 at its firing unit range from 6 a.m. Therefore all public and nearby villagers are requested not to go near the firing range or let loose any domesticated animals at the firing range. This was informed by the 5th NAP Commandant.

SDO (Electrical) Kiphire informs

Kiphire, November 25 (MExN):
SDO (Electrical) Kiphire has requested the consumer of PHED/ GHS and Kiphire village to bear the inconvenience in power supply as the 100 KVA transformers was burned down on November 19. This was stated in a press note issued by SDO Electrical Kiphire.
