A match in progress between Rising Star Forest Colony and Home Makers at the ongoing Lotha Women’s Volleyball League at Local Ground, Wokha.
DIMAPUR, JANUARY 15 (MExN): Wokha Town Yanthamo Women Sports Association, Mt. Morashen Old Riphyim, Tonki United Saron and Rising Star Forest Colony today entered the semi-finals of the ongoing 4th Lotha Women's Volleyball League. The tourney is being organised by the Wokha District Lotha Women Sports Association (WDLWSA) at Local Ground, Wokha.
In the 1st match, Wokha Town Yanthamo Women Sports Association defeated Rising Star Forest Colony in straight sets - 25/1 and 25/09.
The second match saw Mt. Morashen Old Riphyim defeating Etsutchukha Eloe Ekhung 25/15, 25/14.
While Yanthamo Village Team produced an emphatic 25/03, 25/04 win over the Women's Club Wokha Village 25/03, 25/04 in the third match, they failed to qualify for the semi finals due to point differences.
In the final match of the day, Rising Star Forest Colony defeated Home Maker in straight sets - 25/22, 25/07.
